Every advertising document is made from recycled or recyclable materials.
Our agents exclusively source from a purchasing center we created, ensuring they only work with responsible companies committed to ecological and social causes.
We partner, both in France and Portugal, with national associations that enable us to support children in replanting trees in agricultural economies with every sale or rental.

Through voluntary participation from our network of tenants and homeowners, we organize monthly donations to national French and Portuguese associations that assist children with disabilities.

Our agents work with near-total freedom. We impose no schedules, no fixed locations, and no sales targets. They are free to work as they wish, according to their availability and desires. In exchange for adhering to a code of ethics focused on respect and civic responsibility, we commit to supporting their growth.

Each of our actions helps our partner association, which focuses on children and trees, to plant trees in France—1 tree for every rental and 10 trees for every sale!
